Fri at 4:00 isn't going to work for the UBC track....it's dark by 5pm. Lights were on a Coq.Ctr. tonight & it looked like the fence was gone so maybe the track is finished. I'll check tomorrow.
Woke up at 7:05 today, feeling tired, unmotivated and somewhat sorry for myself. Then I realized all you marathoners were already 5 minutes into your long run, and suddenly felt a little better.
I'll be at Mundy at 9:30am with SFU on Tues, have to work at noon.

Alright ... if Steph can't run with me on Sunday, I'll make the 45 minute drive out to Langley. Twist my arm will you. I need to meet this ling ling.
