Long Run, Sunday, Sept 19th

Just a heads up, I'll be running at Bby Lake, starting from the clubhouse and running clockwise at 8:30am. Aiming for 90min or so if anyone wants to join.

    I'll be at Mundy Pk at 10:00[for 3 easy(20min) loops]....start of ON-leash hours. See I'm a quick learnerer!
