Tis the Season

To chill out, set new goals, recover & start building.
Obviously that building thing is going rather slowly(that's OK) at this point with the lack of regular group workouts. It will come.

Saturday brunch at Kristina's after the workout on Sat.. Maybe we can all discuss availablities & preferences for weekday(evening) workouts.

  1. Hope you guys had a great brunch (and workout!). Sad I missed it. But, you guys don't know what your missing.....snow up to my waist in certain parts of Ontario. I've taken up shovelling as a hobby. I'm getting pretty good :) Hope everyone is well. dw

  2. Wykes, shoveling snow is great for developing overall body strength. Not that I'd know, what with it being 7 degrees and sunny here.....

  3. Dgant, how many times have you actually shovelled snow in your life?

And Wykes, not too much snow here in Kitchener. I still don't miss Ontario winters though. Related video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onuqkFe3VW0&feature=player_embedded

  5. Its all good Shauna, I can take it.
I've shoveled a decent amount of snow in my time Feens. I do live on a corner lot, which results in a lot of sidewalk to be cleared. And we actually get snow that has some meat to it... warmer weather + snow = really heavy white stuff.

And learn how to spell. Its SHOVELED, only one "L" there champ.

  6. Well played Dylan.

However, I used the proper Canadian spelling (though I admittedly just had to check that). I luck out in that my Mac has spell check built in, so anywhere I type it's being checked. Reference: http://dictionary.canadaspace.com/definition/shovel/
